Have you considered the benefits of building relationships with private money lenders?

If I decide to do this I have a private loan in place that would be for 250k at about 6%.

Make sure you have your buy right criteria, and call them to go on a property tour to tour one of their properties.Especially since deal flow has slowed down, most brokers will look forward to meeting serious investors

@Jerry WesthoffSome of the larger hard money lenders may be able to fund this for you, if not a private / smaller hard money lender probably would look at it if the arv made senseI would start with larger companies
