As a matter of fact they usually place a hold on your Credit card until you fund the deposit. 

It can be access to low/no interest credit cards, a HELOC, a personal loan to yourself from a 401(k), a wealthy relative, etc.

Some wont show you their cards all at once and you'll have to figure out their why.

@Shayna QueenEarlier this year i was looking into the same thing, my results was, my credit score droped about 50pts, however i got 25k in unsecured credit cards, although they advertised unsecured loc.

Or hell, buy/sell a baseball card worth a lot.   

My questions is is how do you guys go about creating the mail/post cards, and how do you obtain the list of addresses in a certain area to send to?

We have separate bank accounts and credit cards so for us there is no need for any additional software etc.

Such a dangerous position to be in at any time, especially when the cards start to fall.

We are using a HELOC for the purchase and I am skulking around for decent 0% interest credit cards that still have rewards. 

Get cards from them.
