The house I am looking at is a private sale from an older family friend moving into senior living (discounted).

The owner is a former mortgage underwriter and she is preparing documents herself and having her friend at a title company execute the sale.  

I have a Freddie Mac mortgage, so if I make this transfer, would it trigger the due-on-sale clause, or would the mortgage company allow it as long as I am the sole owner of the LLC?

I had been through so much hassle already with the other banks that I wasn't in the mood for a bank that looked as if it would likely have sales reps with newborn babies crying in the background. :) I wanted to go with Chase bank too for the same reasons you did, however, my attorney warned me that he has had multiple clients who had to go through endless hassles to accomplish their goals with them.  

Or my power equipments or tools, or any of my belongings missing?
