It's awesome you are considering where you want to be and flexible with that.I'd look at your high growth markets, where there is a diversified economy, job growth, income growth, population growth, business friendly environment. 

The quicker we act the more of the market we can monopolise we already have a head start in terms of land development as we have acquired over 60’000 square meters of land.

I would assume there are some people on here who have gone down the path of developing affordable housing projects for their respective markets.
