I did the paperwork for transfer to Claytons property management team and thought that Clayton would stand by his word to do everything originally promised to us.The city violations dept (Daniel Smith) is a hero because he went to the home April 24th or so and took tons of photos to detail the condition of the home.. he has been the most helpful person to date and I am super thankful for him.

If I went this route eventually I would probably charge a nominal fee of 500-1000 up front to get rid of the tire kickers and then just charge X amount for however many hours.

I just had a second guest tell me they didn't realize my studio cabin was all one room - which is patently stupid, as I say in the very first paragraph it's a studio, and the photos clearly show the living/sleeping space all in one room.

Once you draw up those docs, you can even put the note with servicing for a nominal monthly fee and they'll handle all of the accounting, tracking payments, etc.
