It's taken up until this point to feel better about things - had a vision for where we were going - it's just taken a while to get there as we had so many basic infrastructure things we had to fix. 

One option would be for me to simply put more money into the LLC, but I know in order to achieve my vision for this business I will need to have investment money available in the future and I would like to start building those relationships now.

One thing that you may want to do to see if you truly are wanting to go in the same direction would be to create a shared vision board of how you would like your futures to look like.

Formulate your goals and vision, create a tentative plan, and pressure test it with a network like this.

But I have visions of it being a long term hold with an opportunity to refi within the next 10 years to jump start a more aggressive investment strategy.  

And my vision is to have 20 properties in my portfolio by 28 and through my investment start up “Anderson Investments LLC.”

😉My thoughts:I had a vision almost 20 years ago (to buy and hold and slowly accumulate rental properties as I transferred to various duty stations) which I have accomplished as I stuck to my plan and long term goals.
