So far I haven't been able to find a bank or credit union who's willing to put that on paper with one of the biggest factors being my self-employed status and only having one years worth of taxes at the moment.

I think I've found what it is: International Paper Masonite Omniwood - the bad part is there was a class action lawsuit against this siding type, I think because of poor quality and not being able to stand up to the 30-year warranty.

With our local STR's I get maybe 1-2 calls per month from guests needing something outside of my normal cleaning/maintenance process; and it's usually simple requests for things like an extra blanket or the cleaning lady forgot to restock toilet paper.
