Couple takes on this: Generically speaking, yes it often does make sense to increase your loan amount for monthly savings. 

This is often enough motivation for the Broker to contact you and negotiate something that makes the complaint go away.You can also sue.

I’ve tried searching for people who have been neighbors to their tenant but haven’t seen anything yet.If you have experience in this I’d love to hear how you handled the relationship of tenant/neighbor.
