Hello, I am 33 in Mobile, AL, and I've been listening to different podcasts and video creators for a few years, and I now think I have the funds together to get started.

I am an attentive listener and would love to connect with fellow beginners or anyone interested in discussing their experiences.

Actually, this is how I started my RE investing in 2020, I just listened to their Podcasts, read forums, and joined virtual boot camps.
