Do they want to spend the time and money to rehab their homes into top notch conditions to get top dollar?

I'd imagine Houston to be a couple notches above Atlanta, I personally feel Buford Highway/Pleasant Hill is on par with Annandale, VA (I lived in Alexandria before).

But listen up, Texas likes things big and bold, so if you're gonna roll out these condos, make 'em top-notch with high-end finishes, Fort Knox-level security, and maybe throw in some shared amenities.

But if you're considering major real estate transactions in the near future and narrowed down your search to a couple of the top-notch experts, and those experts are somehow not available for a phone/video conference (I would not consider those, if it was me) - then maybe flying out to meet them passes the test.
