You're either doing it yourself, spending a little money and hiring/managing someone else to do it, or you don't do it and let the leads rent from someone else.

But tuned out to be a pretty nice profit deal for us about 650 to 700k net in less than a year.the lady got her home back free and clear and I told her do not Borrow against it ever again her kids had forced her into last time and of course took the money themselves.

Most people don't sell an STR that is making them a ton of money so odds are it could look better, although they could be selling it for other reasons.

That is how I have structured it so that I don’t have a ton of my own money into the deals.

New York is hard to evict people and you'll end up spending more time and money doing it yourself.

If you like the home, area etc, you could refi and pull out the same amount of money.
