So those urban core assets where elevators and other enclosed and high-density spaces are prevalent might make some uncomfortable and result in less demand.I'm actually optimistic about COVID _not_ affecting the decades long trend of population migration to urban cores, but maybe I'm being naive.

This leads to apt sharing and a migration of those that really can't afford to live there to move elsewhere, hopefully around the same location.- This trend can continue for a while.

@Jamie GarciaPerhaps the trend of businesses migrating out of California can give you good information about where to invest.  

The LLC operating rules will help to migrate through that if set up properly.

Deals are out there however; there are many more investors migrating here now with lots of cash the ever before.
