Flipping is something that I believe you need to be close enough to to pay really good attention.

With in 5-7 years I would like to be able to financially stable, that is to say that at this point I can cover all living expenses as well as be able to be able to purchase a car, or new appliances, or cover medical bills, all without having to worry about if I'll enough money to eat that week. 

You must be highly self motivated for positions like these, not just in training but on the job, fatigue is not an option and your attention detailed to 110% as you perform.They also require a great deal of focus, you can't be distracted and you are disciplined to remain calm under extraordinary circumstances or in an emergency. 

I also consider this to be a bad sign: tenants don't seem to pay attention and don't care about the property.

There have been a bunch of half occupied multiunits on Harlan and single family homes on Akron that have gotten my attention.

I have zero experience in real estate, but I can honestly say nothing has gotten and held my attention more than this subject.I am a management & program analyst with the federal government right now.

But, it turns out there was a clue that I hadn't paid attention to. - There was not attic access because it didn't have one!

It is now listed for $20,000 and getting some attention from local builders and other investors.
