PLEASE keep this in mind ALL you newbies out there... not because you get a system and the videos are quality, and there are 40000 hours of course material, and all the explanations are so clearly presented and bla bla bla, does it mean that WHAT THEY ARE TEACHING YOU IS CORRECT.In order for any mentor, or course to be good... several things need to come to play.The teaching procedure needs to be effective, sure, but if they teach you a strategy how to get motivated seller leads that doesn't work, it doesn't matter how effectively they teach how to drive for dollars, when driving for dollars don't get you reliable leads right?

Multiple police reports have been filed against this tenant over the years but because of my family's immigrant mentality of not wanting to rock the boat and get involved in legal matters, only started the eviction procedure once and did not follow through.

Personally, I would not pay for the plumber, would have the property manager notify the tenant in writing along with a copy of the lease provision stating tenant can't make repairs and definitely no reimbursement from a handwritten receipt, and I would follow eviction procedures if they don't pay the rent in full.

Your good to goFYI if you have multiple google voice numbers you can't link them into a single app, download another rei leads app or whatever you are using to capture leads and change the name of the app (by going into the app settings) and follow the same procedure to add another google voice number to this new appHope this helps!
