@Brendan Flannery I have two clients that buy rentals in Freeport, Lake Jackson, and Brazoria.

How do you quiet title against a co-owner, what do you allege as to why you have better title to 100% of the property than the other guy? 

I was curious if the market for such as a place as summit county and or lake county are even approachable for wholesaling.I live in lake county currently and the market just seems to expand over time and get more expensive!

Last year we bought a house near Indiana’s largest lake on 6 acres in Bloomington, IN.

I search heavily around Hill Air Force Base and in Salt Lake County. 

I can be blatant about describing this because I've never been a builder's in-house pocket lender, so no one can point at a past transaction of mine and allege funny business.
