In either case, we had thought they could have been capable to tackle the situation like I described.

Posters often mention the dumb restrictions they add to their lease thinking their cleaver, and these addendums are often innocuous and voidable or overreaching enough to denigrate their lease.

The problem with scaling up aggressively is you generally extend yourself more and more and more and the learning curve also doesn't go away if you're taking on larger/different projects that you haven't tackled before, hiring employees, entering new markets, etc.
