These are great ways to present a property to influence a favorable appraisal.

You will have shills and influencers guide you to their guru bosses where they get paid referral fees. 

I have used tons different CRMS, lead gen, deal anaylzing software and they all seem more or less the same to me...prop stream, deal check, rei simpli, podio, etc. etc.

One bug report and one request:1) LinkedIn account link feature asks for the full web address, and then puts it in the URL twice, which returns an error.2) Can we add "Asset Management" to the list of Software > Specializations? 

Paying the IRS if not through the tax software should just be simply going to their website?

I am unaware of anything you can do to automate that (there could be a software solution out there). 

I am a software engineering manager, and I work fully offline, so no problems at all.

The factors within your control/influence are much greater than some modest market environment headwinds.
