I put 8 of those 60 days on inactivity on me because I’ve been sitting here weighing my options, but 52 days of no working being done on the interior, electrical, attic, foundation, roof, etc.After it took weeks and weeks to get estimates on those things, I got very inflated estimates on everything except the interior flooring (which seemed fair).

That's intriguing Lydia and certainly something I've not seen in action (and also, haven't a clue how it would work).As far as I'm aware there is no way that a website (whether realtor or not) would 'know' who the visitor was (to the level of detail of email/phone).

Some of them know it because they've seen me in action, the rest understand because it's obvious as the nose on my face.So stop contacting your tenant until you're ready to walk into the struggle to get rid of them with more than free advice on a public website from people you don't know to help you.

I own in both LLC's and my name, and at the end of the day a good insurance policy is always first with financing in place being a close second in acting as a deterrent to lawsuits.
