I looked Ohio Div of RE archive and did not find any published instance where they have even imposed a fine for it.

Probate case files are archived in Superior Court and your jurisdiction may have a separate Probate Court (most all CA counties are organized this way).

BP also has it's own podcast in itunes for you to listen to as well.

I have searched through the archives and found a few discussions on this topic but not much in how to approach this.

Read BP forums, and listen to several podcasts on iTunes and get a basic gist of which direction you want to start off with in real estate.
