This is going to make me shop other alternatives since I have not checked the market in a while.I have not had a claim with them but I am concerned there will be issues when I do.Update: Just got feedback from them on their last error.

Upon closing, we will have 45 days to identify 3 replacement properties and then 180 days to close on one of those 3.This seems like a concerning setup.

I was not impressed as they would not provide any references for reviews, they sited privacy concerns, which I thought was unusual. 

We can see the outside with a drive by of course, but we are more concerned with the interior and what we may be getting into.

My one concern, when I have talked to them, was the rent to price ratios on the houses that they sell.

That way you won't have to concern yourself with repairs or evictions and things like that so you can focus on your classes.

Usually in these cases I have expressed to my tenants that I need to fix the main concern first otherwise the replacement will just be ruined again. 

On all my section 8 inspection I have my contractor walk with the case worker fixing, replacing or repairing anything they might have a concern about right there as the inspection is going on.
