He's been fairly responsive on a few matters (removed a tree with several dead limbs hanging over the yard and house), but I'm a little worried that he's not sure how to handle mold and/or problems with pin-hole leaks in copper plumbing. 

This place is a great platform and resource for someone like me.Also if someone is a complete newbie all I have to say is hang in there and you will start seeing the results.

I took out a small loan from family for a small venture only because my money was tied up but if it went south I had more then enough to cover it in by way of selling other investments so there was no cloud hanging over my head that if I failed, it would have been terrible.

Even with no commission, they aren’t exactly low hanging fruit. 

It was a pretty intense class. before you decide to get yours let me put a few caveats out there. its expensive. between the classes, class materials, exam costs, licensing costs, mls costs, costs of hanging your license somewhere, business cards, etc, etc, it can cost a few thousand easy to get started. however, if youre still thinkin about it, triangle instutute of real estate is an amazing school with amazing teachers and tons of valuable testing materials. i highly recommend it.
