I've heard the same for Little Rock and suspect it should be true for the likes of Wichita, KC, Tulsa, and a few other similar markets.If hot means sustained growth well above the baseline for the country look no further than Dallas, Denver, Phoenix, and Nashville.

This would generate cashflow for your current property and would increase it's value due to the additional square footage.I would not recommend selling and renting unless there is a significant difference and the numbers are rock solid.

I'd be careful about looking for any sort of cash payment in exchange for not filing a complaint as that looks an awful lot like blackmail.If you're ready to sell, I'd find a more ethical agent and tell the first one to kick rocks.

@John Jeffrey - - I work with @Steven Hamilton II who is up on the far north side.You don't need to be super close to your accountant as long as he's a rock star like Steven is.Just remember, you get what you pay for with accountants and attorneys.
