So, my question is two fold.

I caught something on fire in her kitchen (not my fault by the way someone had left plastic cookware in the oven and i assumed it was empty and turned on the preheat and went to my room to fold clothes).

Although many use generic documents meant to cover all states, or contracts put out or modified and available for free on line, it can prove costly for the parties involved as provisions may not be enforceable, or unintended obligations agreed to.The solution to the above is two fold.  

You can pay $95/month to drop off a bag of laundry every week and they will clean it and fold it for you...for $99/month they will pick it up at your house AND drop it off. 

I hired my go-getter daughters to fold, label, stuff and stamp my letters for me.

The problem is two fold:  1.  

The cabin can sleep 8 adults comfortably, or maybe 10 if they use the fold out sofa.

My biggest fears are three-fold.

Fold it in half to form a triangle. 

Although since California passed laws that state NIMBY ADU ordinances are illegal, one can do very well finding properties with ADU potential that can increase rent values two to three fold.
