I’m glad you started this thread, I’m excited to see how others have implemented this. its really amazing how sales techniques work and are needed to close deals if you want to be a top producer. 

I've thought that different terms refer specifically to different closing techniques, because it they are the same, why have different terminologies for it?

I like The Cash Flow Quadrants for basic understanding of the different ways people make money but the best Real Estate book really depends on the technique you are implementing.

I did 100 deals using these strategies and a collection of creative financing techniques... without using any of my own money.

Most 'popcorn' has asbestos, it's toxic and you need a certified contractor.If you go DIY,  mask off the room from the remainder of the house, get a GOOD mask, and use the water+scraping technique to avoid raising dust.BAG the scrapings and take to a HAZARDOUS waste site.

Because of this website, I had up to a 6 month waiting list to move into these apartments - I thought I got too creative with some of these units but I never had to wait to fill them ****This is only part of the story and one day I will share it here on BP (a creative technique that will probably be impossible to pull off twice and will go down in history as one of my best deals I have ever closed).

One of them has stucco siding, which is "dated" in New England - the other is vinyl.Question - what is the property "construction technique" for applying either say wood clapboard or cedar shingles over concrete - do you "strap" the concrete with wood - or, are say "concrete nails" sufficient" - also - what is standard for the interior walls - screwing a 2 X 4 against the wall (at 16" intervals) and then sheet-rocking over that?

The only seminar I'd pay for is specific marketing techniques in my local market. 

If it were my decision--- Keep sink at Window, enlarge island to size of plan A, for some reason its smaller on Plan B.
