If you can get your direct deposit moved against your heloc right away, and then you do not have to pay bills instantly, you are leaving your idol funds offsetting a 7.5-8.5% interest rate.

Obviously the ideal way would be to split the lots and rent the lots to mobile home owners but that seems like a very small market.

Might pay the appraiser direct or something, but any lender fees have to be on a HUD-1.

We plan to turn the small recording room into a small office.  

I have lots of experience in all types of single-family investing, small partnerships in multifamily and commercial, and a vast knowledge of construction.

Also, any guides, info, or direction would be awesome.
