Personally, I think this is a tragedy and has made retirements worse for a large portion of Americans, but that's a political debate and isn't worth going into here.Anyway, just be careful in your search for your investment options and be cautions that a person selling you the investment might not have your best interests at heart because they could be getting paid more to sell you junk.

They were more on key on what I was seeking.And yes on the bathroom, there is an exhaust fan and window.I have debated back and forth on putting a dollar limit on it for tenant vs. landlord responsibility.

Both houses are very private to each other.The main house is vacant but the small 1 bedroom house on the back has been rented for $1250/month for the last 11 month and now the tenant is moving out at the end of July.My husband and I are debating whether or not we should be finding a new tenant or keep it vacant since we will be putting the property on the market beginning or middle of August.
