Rented this older cottage to some young women .

If I had kept my normal rates instead of adjusting for Biker Rally, I would have missed out on $200 extra a night on each of my 2 bedroom cottages!

The agent said I was number 27 and that he already had offers over the asking price....yes, I lost that but a friend won, he built 12 unique stone cottages SFDs between 350 and 400K and made a killing on it!

Anyone want to buy a sweet little two-bed cottage?

I cannot recall if the property needs to be owner occupied or if you can use it for cottages or secondary personal properties.Naturally, an arms-length mortgage is when your registered account lends to and subscribes a mortgage from an un-related person.  

Either townhouses or small detached houses ("cottage court") seem to be the sweet spot for keeping costs reasonable -- assuming land costs aren't too high.

I've used Allure Trafficmaster which is 3.8mm @ $1.79 probably the same stuff @Josh Dillingham mentioned.....and its been installed for years in a couple of rentals and in my Lake cottage. 

For this reason floor screwing has become an "upgrade" item and a cottage industry of guys who just do floor screwing has developed, and they charge by the square foot.

Is it a single family or is there a small cottage on the property?
