The most offers? 27 I believe it was, a house and seven acres behind a McDonnalds that alread had a side street marked. I wanted it for my business I submitted the offer a tad under asking price about 4 hours after hit hit the MLS. The agent said I was number 27 and that he already had offers over the asking price....yes, I lost that but a friend won, he built 12 unique stone cottages SFDs between 350 and 400K and made a killing on it! So it goes....
