Although I have been using TurboTax and doing my taxes on my own after reading many discussions in this forum I have concluded that I have made mistakes on my taxes.

Perhaps the reason has more to do with the TYPE of people forming these entities and not the STATE where they were formed.Because Kansas has a much lower automobile accident rate than Massachusetts, are we to conclude the drivers in Kansas own better cars?

What would a reasonable person conclude?

We looked as such a rooming house once and quickly concluded we do not have the skill set required to run one of these.  

So this group concludes you probably are one.  

Love that part of the world.One can pretty much conclude if a property went for 1 dollar over minimum bid collusion of some sort may have taken place.

Our Executives attended the Mortgage Bankers Association Secondary Market conference a couple months ago to learn and help predict what to expect in the market place for the rest of this year.What I'm trying to conclude with this post is that investors can blog and talk and object about positive or negative cash flow in investment properties/opportunities, but there are a lot more important factors to consider with the way the overall industry is heading.Good luck and happy investing.

It comes down to how the rulings/courts/cases have concluded when a REI meets the level of trade or business.
