Avoid posting on Facebook Marketplace on your main account, just create another account to post rental ads, cause most likely it will be restricted after a few weeks lol.

You want to put money into a WL insurance and then borrow against your own money up to 85% our whatever amount they "allow" you without affecting the life insurance itself (many complicated rules there causing a 30% lapse within the first few years) and then you want to convince me that both entities are working for you? 

Pick your poison carefully though or it can cause a loss on both sides.

We discovered there were lead findings in the due diligence process which caused issues on the lending front.

It's sad that some crooked people are causing issues because they have problems being honest in their business. 

Basically a restricted unit can definitely burn out a capacitor and anytime you set a unit too low causing it to  struggle to keep up (ex. set at 69 but it never drops below 76…) will keep a unit running 24/7.

Note that this can sometimes cause unexpected consequences.

IMO snubbing any way in which one can get a deal makes no sense to me cause any way you go it's going to be competitive but in the end it's the one who follows up the best ends up with the deal most of the time.In other words if you snooze you lose!

With that amount of money you have an incredible opportunity to change countless lives by finding ways to give it away to causes/people that are important to you.At the end of the day you can do what you want with it because of the rule we all learned in grade school - "Finders, Keepers"Again, congrats on the huge score!

I do think more people would go with them if price was a little lower cause they already getting half and many don't have credit cards or can afford monthly payments until first deal etc.I am going to join Friday .
