You've already got substantial income and the next step is creating the vehicle to protect that income and over time increase it organically - a self driving car if you will.  

I wouldn't see not having a car being a problem.

I can't tell you how many times in my life I have gone the cheaper route, on cars and houses, only to have to come back in six months or a year and having to pay again to "do it right" and replace that used part with the new one.

I have my primary and 'rental' house with Allstate - been with them for 5 years.I am closing on house #3 (that is replacing my rental house ) on the 25th.Geico requires me to move my car insurance in order to get this 3rd house insurance...Liberty Mutual is worst  - must move my primary house with the rental...Thoughts ?

I may never see a dime but at least it sits on their credit and possibly stops them from damaging someone else in the future or keeps them from qualifying for a car loan, home loan, etc.I hope you've learned the following:1.
