Tip - when sliding the heavy LVP boxes across existing floor to use as weights as you tap plank rows together, make sure to brush away any inevitable concrete crumbs.. those will cause scuffs/scratches.

Unfortunately, it turns out that if not painted correctly (which is nearly always the case when paint it sprayed on it instead of brushed), it will deteriorate and need to be replaced.

Painting with a very broad brush (as going into every community and intricacy of Hilton Head on this platform would be too long of a message) a few suggestions would be as follows: MTRs - If this is your niche in real estate - you honestly may have more success in Bluffton for MTRs.
