I am also located in a not so desirable part of the city...when i talked to a PM i asked him where he advertises and it turns out he would have used the same sources i am using and he also has vacancies of his own as well...so i decided to save the money and do it myself...the previous tenants just moved out and i am giving myself the month of Oct. to fix up the place and continue screening...after that I'm sure i will get desperate...Good luck!

It always amuses me when people show data back to 1850 and try to make a decision based on that.I'd talk to a Realtor or investor in the area and type of properties you're interested in and see what historical data they have.

I am using angetpro247 because I'd already paid for a month of it and when I looked up task rabbits for what I wanted the average price was $30 per hour and I honestly don't know how long it would take for someone to look up this information.
