I have friends who are airline pilots who had to go through the hell of commuter airlines and crashpads while building time.

In January my partner (a former flight attendant who now works for a major airline in operations) and I (a real estate agent with some investing experience) are opening up our first Crash Pad for flight attendants and pilots in a single family, no HOA neighborhood 3 miles from a major airline hub.

I am thinking about buying a single family home and turn it into a crash pad for Allegiant airline pilots and flight attendants here in Mesa.

Yes, the typical leave it how you found it works but how about typical vacuuming and disinfecting common surfaces?

Because foreigners have basically not been affected, tourism numbers keep increasing and hotel chains and airlines continue to make big investments in Mexico, knowing that investors haven't been deterred to come and so won't likely be in the future.The thing is that the violence is concentrated in certain areas of the country. 

However we have had no issues and they are partnered with a lot of cool sites like Marriot, JetBlue Airlines etc. 

However these items don't always come with receipts, one can't claim depreciation (at least I don't think I can), I can't maximize airline points buying items through airline portals https://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/biggerpoc... 

However, the tide is turning on that, led by the airlines who are tired of idiots bringing their emotional support peacocks (true story), hamsters, and possibly elephants on to airplanes.
