Bank will want to see LLC formation documents before they open your account.Bigger issue is that I can't imagine a deal that is good for you or your counterparty if you are afraid to use your name.

Hi @Mark LoshelderGetting good referrals for contractors is hard, most investors are afraid if they give out their guy he will get to busy to do their work.With that being said I highly recommend that you try to find someone who can do most of the easy work IE painting, flooring ECT.
