I have a Filson Tin Cloth jacket.

Trying to evaluate property and take pictures inside wasn't ideal especially with staked storage boxes, clothes everywhere and dog in the house. 

Clean, tidy, there were a couple new cabinets up, he'd done a lot of painting with the walls and work on the floors, he'd broken up the breaker panel into more evenly divided circuits, replaced old cloth wiring with romex, sized one size over code and took the panel from a bird nest of wires to orderly and labeled, he had stripped and refinished some of the older woodwork in the house and replaced a lot of the old cast iron drains in the basement with PVC.

Some sections of the water pipes have been replaced with copper, some with PVC, a lot are still galvanized steel. there is plenty of cloth wiring in the building, but at least some of the outlets have modern wiring pulled. 

Examples:-early slab construction-earlier-style cloth-wrapped electrical wiring without grounds-Often some questionable sheathing practices-Plumbing materials in transition (still mostly cast iron drains but changes to supply piping)-Lower-grade trim used inside and out.No knob and tube but plan for a complete electrical rewire anyway.

Any tips on evaluating good companies or are they all fairly cut from the same cloth?

Last month prices also rose for clothing, medical care, rent and car insurance, but those increases were offset by lower costs of new and used cars, passenger fares and recreation.

I doubt this was a legitimate request to rent, and perhaps a test to see if some fun could be had at your expense.Imagine yourself all tied up at the property, robbed of your clothes and anything else of value, until a family member came to check up on you!

You grit your teeth for a few days, add another layer of clothing - survive it, and continue on with life as before. 

I saw this with my properties in the deed south.. power hooked up via cloths hanger direct to the power line and meter.. or just steal someone else meter and swap it out.. water meters by passed snip the line go right around the meter.
