How to evaluate a good property management company (Virginia)

Brett Miller
Posted

Hey guys! I just completed a sweet BRRRR in South Chesterfield, VA, south of Richmond. The appraisal came in absurdly high (I think I just got luck with my first one! ha.)

I've been managing the house myself over the last 6 months but I need to transition the house to a property management company as I"ll be leaving the area for a year. Any tips on evaluating good companies or are they all fairly cut from the same cloth? Or if you know of a good one, let me know too!

Brett
