Another great example is Zillow doesn't know about views, usable land or if a street is worse than another.

Unless you have a way to view the property or get an inspection, I would not buy it....unless it is a tear down and even then you don't know what you are dealing with.

Completely agree with that assesment @Carlos Ptriawan but as you already know from my views; I am betting on long-term investing, and appreciation.

Limit her contact with the potential tenant and let the person viewing the property know that the person who currently rents the room will be there.

If I were you, I'd look for a company that has a similar view.
