SEO is not about "using the internet to complete a closing".

What I see though is that they will often supplement it with other forms of marketing like SEO, texting, mailing, RVMs etc so they are not reliant on just one source.

It also does a lot for SEO within Airbnb.

Unless that "software" is getting leads from SEO, they are all the firiggin same.You need to analyze your question and use logic and intelligence to come with your answers.Lets give it a shot check this out.What is the best software to get leads right?

Design, SEO, listing optimization, pricing strategy, marketing, so many things involved.

A smart plan that WILL get you results.If you want my results too, you get a website and that should be 100% the focus and priority to get that site ranked.I did my own SEO and ranking and credibility checks, and if I can do it... you could too ( but yes, I am really good at it so this may not be your standard results).But regardless.... take control, stop winging it.

:)) BUT it doesn't contain keywords in the name such as real estate, REI, Properties etc and I know this is important for SEO.  

I already have two full-time jobs (a 9-5 and then a side-gig in internet marketing/SEO/web design) so I have zero interest in flipping/rehabbing, etc which seem to be more labor/hands on. 

Is there a training on here for SEO so that it is successful?

I'm always looking for suggestions to improve it.Too many investors have the spray and pray mentality and throw ridiculous amounts of money on direct mail, SEO, cold calling, etc without focusing on the issues that are causing their budgets to be so high.
