Question about websites and lead generation companies

Hello, I am hearing that getting a website is highly recommended. 

1. Who do you use? I have heard about Investor Carrot but want to hear from all of you what your thoughts are and who you use?

2. Also do you buy leads and if so what company do you use? Has it been successful? I have heard of many including DataZap do you have any thoughts about them? 

3. Is there a training on here for SEO so that it is successful? Investor Carrot charges for their training. 

I haven't signed up for a website or leads. I want to make as little of mistakes as possible being new with the highest success possible!
