I can only dream of living so comfortably with such reasonable expenses.After my recent overseas trip I had an epihany/revelation/awakening and decided to downsize out of my performance car (will convert it to a weekend car) and even that took a LOT of internal deliberation.My goal is to chop my housing costs down significantly as well.

First off, as long as it's not illegal or immortal, or there is no other objection (specifically religious), then for my mind, go ahead.Part if the negativity comes from the "debt collecting" part of the job, "throwing" folks out of their houses, taking advantage of little old ladies and the like.

@Cary Ferguson Jr, I know it is sack-religious as a BP member to not have read 4 hour work week (on the to do list) but wouldn't it be a GR8 problem to have to figure how to fill the time void, I am quite confident we can figure it out, LOL.

It's nice getting a portion of the rent direct deposited on time, and the tenants I have experience with are religious about paying their portion on time.
