Hi @Alex Musyoka NJ tends to be considered more tenant friendly but its a relative term to the strategy you are looking to implement as a landlord. 

Each one of you gave me great advice that I can start implementing into my business. 

The constant moving target that local governments have implemented are absurd and it's no wonder that people are confused.
