In the process of researching it, I stumbled across a city (Houston), department that fielded citizen complaints against eyesore properties, i.e. vacant, high grass, trash dumped on property, unsafe conditions ect....Anyway, you might be able to find leads by checking into the city department that condemns/handles complaints against the same type of properties in your area.Good luck

Unless you own some land that they want to rent, it's probably pretty tough for you to get a superior return when dealing with those big boys.I think if you were to "google" the words billboard and Houston you might find some pretty good background on how one of those outfits was continually hosing a landowner in Houston and the ongoing (for about 8 years) legal battle he had with them.all cash

I dont know anything about where you live but in Houston the closing costs are in the area of 2% going in and 3% on the sale.

My guess if Atlanta is anytihing like Houston, if yuou find a deal that is a "DEAL" you can have it wholesaled within a day.
