Just be clear w/the tenant the major points-- we summarize in easy English the main items (in bullet points) in the email  we send to the tenant so they can review before meeting to sign it in person.

BTW, if you believe plain English will get you through Quicken or some accounting program, you're wrong, you need to understand those 4 main areas of accounting to properly input data.    

For example, you could state that all applicants must speak English because language is not a protected class.
