If I want to fly a rocket ship into space like Jeff Bezos, so be it.

With this said, with current trends, it seems very possible that prices will continue to sky rocket locally as well as in the surrounding areas.

It is not rocket science, but it does take a lot of hard work and hustle, which you can’t really learn.

I have watched multiple videos and whatnot I feel it can’t be rocket science to jump in and  buy a house.

Some of my properties with the least cash on cash return have sky rocketed in value.

It is not rocket science and you don't need to be a plumber to glue to irrigation pipes together or even add new zones.

Having very little money in a property sky rockets the return unless something drastic happens and it goes back to the bank in foreclosure (flood, hurricane, etc. ) 

I have left messages and text but no reply.Today I called Rocket Mortgage and they said current refinances on rentals are hard to get information on and have extra fees right now especially if there is any cash out.   

Any thoughts?  Sold 4 contracts expire next week.   EZ $104 or not?
I dont mind owning the stock,  will write covered calls if assigned.

@Jiva Segaran yes definitely a bonus, if you have homes, prices are sky rocketing.
