@Kristin Hargrave I would check out the landlord resources tab on Bigger Pockets - at the top under tools, then under services, click on landlord resources and there are a some softwares listed there that will be helpful to you!

@Ryan Ward you have to tag someone to get them to reply, use the @ sign and start typing their name it will be outside the box double click and it will populate the comment box in blue and then notify that person.

If you're looking for tools to use I would check out the landlord resources tab on Bigger Pockets - under tools, then services, click on landlord resources and there are some services listed there that are free to landlords and should have background checks for commercial tenants - I think it's still important to pull their personal information as well though regardless of if they are a commercial or residential tenant.
