Yes the rate is great but if real estate does not appreciate or goes down in the next three years would that change your mind?

Reason I ask is there are going to be a lot of real estate ventures where ALL money is lost, and many are due to poor management or buying a deal they should not buy.

is there anything more going on with this company - they never answer their phone..never call back...seems like the best thing they did was write a book about the industry..I like the market segment they are going after but does not seem real if they cant answer a call

And are there any meet up groups you would recommend joining for real estate investing ?

I currently have a rental property and am looking at getting my real estate license and building a property management and property maintenance company to serve my investments and potentially others.

DSCR loans are based off of down payment, credit score and either actual or market rents so it helps to supercharge an investor's real estate goals and net worth.
