If the company went belly-up then what's my recourse.

@Lauren Bellis could anyone explain Prop 13 property tax and its benefit and how it help an RE owner?

I've seen tons of roofs infested with moss with a nice big fat zinc strip at the top.

Everyone always loves to talk about the great cash flow of asset-based businesses (like trucking) but they always conveniently forget about the depreciation and CAPEX, which often leads to a big fat nothing on exit.  

It is like asking a fat guy how to lose weight.

There is also amazing Hiking and fat-tire biking. 

unfortunately, all avenues will be exhausted and you could end up in an asset fat; cash slim situation which is not good for you or family.  

if It were me I wouldnt be all that worried about the plumbing if the only sign of settling is above a door/opening. if you have plumbing under a concrete slab and see settling I'd be a little more worried about bellies in the underground pipe.

@Stephen BellI am located in PA and the local zipcode average is 4.7 (still above recommended EPA level of 4) and most of the homes in that area probably would have levels higher than 4 and the mitigation system anyways installed.

They work belly to belly with people, not random companies.I have a biz name on my cards for tenants.
