Unrelated to investing per se but relative to fundamentally addressing the real world practices of effecient infrastructure in residential buildings as a whole is the extreme and profound unwillingness of individual property owners to actually embrace and implement equipment & methodologies to mitigate the "purported" climate crisis.From my myopic perspective having to fight with residential customers who have zero knowledge of thermo dynamic, ohm's law and efficiency measures is highly hypocritical.People claim to care but are closed minded to energy saving and efficient operating homes.End rant

Michael, if the BRRRR methodology does not work for you, which one do you use to be in congruency with your 9-5?

As long as there is no large unknowns/risks (renovation done right, no title issues, not built on ancient burial site) I would call it a win. 

In my opinion, his methodology is one way of going about financial freedom.

RDPD is great for mindset but the “meat and potatoes” is all in Cash Flow Quadrant, and that book truly changed my life.I’ve given out dozens of hard copies to friends and am a believer in its methodology.

The infrastructure is in most places ancient...I would not be surprised to see a migration to the mid west in my lifetime...we got water, and we got oxygen.

If so I must be ancient.
