In the back country of SD there are hundreds of these unpermitted units I'm sure, but none of them are permitted...or they were permitted at temp RV spaces for visitor stay.

It’s on their contract they should keep the thermostat temp at 72, anything lower than that could cause it to freeze therefore costing them hundreds of dollars and trust me prior to having notes underneath of it n to have mentioned it on the contract it did cost me hundreds of dollars to fix it!

However, if I understand your post correctly, ambient temp/humidity was not very high during the period, so you might also have a leaking water heater.

In upstate NY, I still find this a rare occurrence as most people don't want to move when the weather and temps can make it more of an ordeal.I have only ever done MTM leases for my rental units and it has served me well.

We also do STR in Tomah, WI which is a couple of vacation stays or one-two night stays for people stopping off the highway, but is mostly month-3 month long stays for traveling nurses, laborers, etc. working temp jobs.
